1. Trading Methodology

Here is the trading environment I am using and the reasons why:

  • Broker: Rakuten Securities (MT4)
    • Reason: Low spreads (transaction costs). Lower costs lead to a higher expected value (profitability).
  • Currency Pair & Timeframe: USD/JPY (1-Hour Chart)
    • Reason 1: High-volume currency pairs tend to follow technical indicators more reliably.
    • Reason 2: This strategy targets a price movement of 0.6 to 1.0 JPY. Therefore, the 1-hour chart is the most suitable.
  • Program Used: NinjaEA11_20260201.mq4
    • Reason: This is the latest version. It incorporates three sub-programs: Stochastics (STO), Accelerator (AC), and Parabolic SAR.

2. Backtest Results

I selected the three best-performing sub-programs from a pool of 15. I combined those that generated consistent profits over the four years from 2021 to 2024 and remained strong throughout 2025.

2025 Simulation Results:

  • Total Trades: 132
  • Average Profit: 18.7 pips
  • Asset Growth: With standard settings, the initial capital increases by approximately 3.7 times in one year.
